Your brand, not ours

What you can brand

Own-brand apps are included on Brand. Every surface your subscribers see carries your identity.

Your name
Brand includes your own mobile and TV apps, listed in the stores under your name from your own developer accounts.
Your logo and artwork
Bring your logo, icons and video artwork; they carry through the apps and your store listings.
Your colors and type
In-app visuals update live from the CMS. Only your app's icon or name needs a new store submission — and Propel handles those.
Your library structure
Your courses and collections drive the browse experience on every screen. Bring a sample library and see it on your target devices.
Ownership

Who owns what

Your accounts, your listings, your subscribers. Here is where the lines sit.

The store accounts and listings
Your apps are published from your own Apple App Store and Google Play developer accounts, under your name. The listings are yours.
Building and submitting
Propel builds the apps, submits them, and handles store review back-and-forth, including resubmissions. This is part of Brand setup.
Your subscribers and data
Your subscribers stay yours. If you leave, you get a full export of your subscribers, purchases and content. Your store listings stay under your accounts; the apps stop functioning without Propel's backend.
Your domain
Studio includes your own domain and own-brand web app; native apps come with Brand.
Getting live

How publishing and updates work

Propel does the store work for you — from first submission to every content update after launch.

  1. Prepare the listing

You bring the app name, icon, description, screenshots and privacy information each store requires. We help you get them store-ready.

  2. We build and submit

Propel builds the apps and submits them from your own developer accounts, handling the store review back-and-forth — resubmissions included. Part of Brand setup.

  3. Store review

Stores review submissions and may request changes. Approval belongs to the store, which is why we handle the back-and-forth for you.

Typically 4–6 weeks from kickoff to live apps, subject to store review.

  4. Live, then updated

Add videos, artwork and in-app visuals in the CMS and they appear in your apps live — no store submission. Only an icon or name change needs a resubmission, and Propel handles those too.

What these apps do—and do not do

Keep requirements outside the confirmed app scope on your evaluation checklist.

  • Course administration

Quizzes, assignments, grading and certificates are not app capabilities. Check these separately if your course needs them.

  • Coaching workflows

Client check-ins, messaging and individual program building are not app capabilities.

  • Custom development

An own-brand app does not establish a bespoke feature agreement. Bring any requirements beyond the published scope.

  • Other devices

Propel ships apps for Web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV. Tell us before you commit to a device beyond that list.

  • Audience acquisition

Plan your launch emails and promotion separately; an app listing does not guarantee viewers.

  • Code ownership

Your store listings and your data are yours; the app source code and backend remain Propel's.

FAQ

Are the apps really in the App Store and on Google Play under my brand?

Yes. Brand includes your own iOS, Android, Apple TV and Android TV apps, published from your own developer accounts, listed under your name. The listings are yours.

How long until my apps are live?

Typically 4–6 weeks from kickoff to live apps, subject to store review. The stores control review timing, so Propel handles the review back-and-forth — resubmissions included.

Do I need a new app release every time I add a video?

No. Videos, artwork and in-app visuals update live from the CMS. Only a change to your app's icon or name needs a new store submission, and Propel handles those.

What happens to my apps and subscribers if I leave?

You get a full export of your subscribers, purchases and content, and your store listings stay under your own accounts. The apps stop functioning without Propel's backend.

Which TV devices are included?

Apple TV and Android TV, both on Brand — between them they cover most living rooms. Other television platforms are not on the current list; tell us if your audience needs another device before you commit.

What do the apps cost?

Brand includes own iOS, Android, Apple TV and Android TV apps for €599/mo plus a one-time €3,500 app launch, excluding VAT, with no percentage of your sales taken. Studio is web-only; payment processing and other partnered solutions' charges are separate.
