Propel for fitness

Build a fitness video membership around your brand

A fitness video platform sells access to recorded workouts through a website or apps. Trainers publish a library for many members; it does not build individual programs, track progress or manage coaching clients.

  • For trainers and creators selling their own recorded workouts
  • Apps for Web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV
  • Your subscribers stay yours
Library layout to discuss: programs, session length, level and equipment.

For trainers who already have footage

For trainers selling a shared library to many members.

Propel fits if

  • Recorded sessions, challenges or a technique library.
  • An audience you can invite to join.
  • A repeatable publishing schedule for paying members.
  • Your brand on the library and apps.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want workouts to follow, rather than sell.
  • You need individual programming or progress tracking.
  • You need a marketplace to find customers.
  • You have no recordings ready to publish.
Content organization

Organize workouts into series and programs

Give members a starting point and a sensible next session. Use this outline to discuss library organization with us.

Categories
Separate strength, conditioning, mobility and core so members can choose the work they came for.
Duration
Label the fifteen-minute session and the fifty-minute workout clearly. Members need to know what fits today.
Difficulty
Beginner through advanced, or your own naming. It tells a new member where to start.
Equipment
Distinguish bodyweight, dumbbells, bands and rack work. A hotel room and a garage gym require different sessions. These are planning examples. Confirm which metadata fields and filters Propel supports.
Series order
Plan the recording order for each training block, including technique sessions a new member should watch first. Content organization only. Propel does not generate sessions or assemble individual plans.

  • Which currencies can members pay in?

Where the work happens

Propel's confirmed screens are Web, iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV. Choose your plan around where members train.

  • Studio includes an own-brand web app; Brand adds your own iOS, Android, Apple TV and Android TV apps.
  • Check cue visibility on a phone beside the weights and a television across the room.
  • Confirm store accounts and review requirements before announcing a launch.

Two different products

Video publishing vs coaching software

Keep one-to-one coaching in your client tool. Use Propel for the shared library; integrations between the two are unconfirmed.

What Propel does not do

These jobs stay outside the video membership.

  • No client tracking

No per-client dashboard, no logged sets, no check-ins.

  • No programming

Propel builds no sessions and prescribes no loads.

  • No meal plans

No nutrition tracking, no macro targets, no food database.

  • No in-app messaging

Members subscribe to a library; they are not clients in a thread.

  • No scheduling or live classes

No bookings, timetable or scheduled broadcasting. Publish recordings after teaching live elsewhere.

Positioned alongside your coaching tool, not instead of it.

Your numbers, not a projection

What the numbers could look like

Members multiplied by price. Put your own figures in.

Revenue per month, before costs €3,000
Revenue per year, before costs €36,000

What this assumes

  • Every member pays the same amount, every month.
  • Nobody cancels, and nobody is on a discount or a free trial.
  • Taxes, payment costs and platform costs are not deducted.

Worked example. 200 members paying €15 a month is €3,000 a month, or €36,000 a year, before any costs.

Gross revenue, before payment processing, app-store commission on in-app purchases, tax where liable, and platform costs. No Propel fees are deducted automatically. Studio is €199/mo and Brand €599/mo. Propel takes no percentage of your sales. Prices exclude VAT. Model your platform costs separately.

Fitness membership FAQ

How does a membership fit alongside YouTube and Instagram?

Use free videos to introduce your teaching. Offer a paid library with a clear reason to return, such as complete training blocks. Followers are potential buyers, not guaranteed subscribers.

How many workouts do I need before launching?

Enough that a member finds something worth doing on day one and again three weeks later: a few complete series, plus a cadence you can sustain.

What does Propel cost, and when can I launch?

Studio is €199/mo for your own-brand web app and Brand is €599/mo with your own iOS, Android, Apple TV and Android TV apps, plus a one-time €3,500 app launch. Propel takes no percentage of your sales. All prices exclude VAT. Propel is pre-launch and open for early access; no launch or store-review date is published.
